When it comes to human behavioural
science, it is a known fact that one is dealing with the most complex living organisms in the nature.

In dealing with such complexity, from the beginning of industrialization until current era of information technology, it seems that other than very limited and exceptional cases, the majority of the developed behavioural systems have been more on trial and error basis, systematically overlooked the very basic fundamentals of human behaviour, and attempted to address the emerging symptoms rather than the main root issues.

In addressing this century long shortcoming, by going back to the drawing board, one would need to realize that human is a combination Aptitude and Attitude.
