Dear Colleague,
When it comes to human behavioural science, it is a known fact that one is
dealing with the most complex living organisms in the nature.
In
dealing with such complexity, from the beginning of industrialization
until current era of information technology, it seems that other than very limited and exceptional cases, the majority of the developed behavioural
systems have been more on trial and
error basis, systematically overlooked the very basic fundamentals of human behaviour, and attempted to
address the emerging symptoms rather than the main root issues.
In addressing this century long shortcoming, by going back to the drawing board, one
would need to realize that human is a combination Aptitude and Attitude. Realizing this simple yet
profound attribute of the humanity would allow us to come to the
realization that while aptitude is the core nature of a every human,
the infinite rings of attitudes ranging from the simple likes and
dislikes to very complex emotions would form human behavioural
pattern, which is simply

which with unique aptitude and attitude, are introduced in the context
of a simple team or in its large scale format of an organization:
Coherently,
in dealing with such complexity, only a

challenges. Otherwise, a simplistic approach within the framework of

will not be able to either live up to the high expectations of the era
of information technology or offer any dynamic breakthrough. If in
doubt with this conclusion, high employee turnover, difficulty in
attaining required expertise and sustaining employees' interests in long
term commitments, referred to as loyalties, are some of the continually
emerging symptoms.
